RETURNS

If for some reason your Cloth & Hide or Moon Child product is faulty please, contact us within 14 days and we will issue a returns authorisation number.  Please include this with your return.  Once we have received your item we will contact you to advise processing of your refund of purchase price and the cost of your return postage.  Please note it usually takes around 10 working days for your refund to make it back to your account.

For change of mind please contact us within 7 days of receiving.  We will issue a returns authorisation number.  Please include this with your return and we will issue a store credit/gift voucher for the full purchase price.  Please note:  Item must be unworn, without tears or marks, with tags still attached, otherwise we will not accept it.  If you would like to exchange for another size please note a $7.70 postage charge applies to send out a replacement.

We do recommend that you purchase a registered postage option as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

SHIPPING

Our usual method or shipping is through Sendle which is a courier service.  Pickups are next business day and the usual time frame is 4-6 working days to reach your door.  There is an option for EXPRESS SHIPPING via Australia Post, this takes 1-2 working days for an extra $5.  To find this search "express shipping" in products, select this option to add to your shopping cart.
