If for some reason your Cloth & Hide or Moon Child product is faulty please, contact us within 14 days and we will issue a returns authorisation number. Please include this with your return. Slight imperfections in colouring or weave due to the hand making and dyeing process are not considered faults.
Once we have received your item we will contact you to advise processing of your refund of purchase price and the cost of your return postage. Please note once processed, it usually takes around 10 working days for your refund to make it back to your account.

Change of Mind
For change of mind please contact us within 7 days of receiving. As per Australian Consumer Law we are are not required to refund for change of mind, however, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
We are happy to refund the purchase price for Australian customers minus postage and handling ($12.50) once we have received the item in unworn condition with tags attached. Unfortunately we cannot refund Afterpay or international purchases but we are happy to credit towards the purchase of another item. International customers are responsible for the full cost of freight for returns or exchanges.
You are responsible for cost of return postage. Please use a traceable form of shipping as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
We will issue a returns authorisation number. Please note this on the outside of your return.
Please note: Item must be unworn, without tears or marks, with tags still attached, otherwise we cannot accept it.
Exchanging for a Different Size
If you would like to exchange for another size please contact us within 7 days of receiving, you will be required to post the item back to us at your expense.
Please note a $12.50 postage charge applies to send out a replacement. You can pay this by purchasing the Exchange Postage as a product form our website. Alternatively you can include a self addressed satchel with your return and we will use this to send out your replacement item.
For all returns we do recommend that you purchase a traceable postage option as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Please also note there is no refund or exchange on sale items.
