Returns and Refunds Policy
We accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. we do not offer exchanges on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred as a result of requiring an exchange.
For all exchanges please email email@example.com for a returns authorisation number.
We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online if we are contacted within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn with tags attached. Unfortunately we do not offer refund for change of mind for instore purchases, however, we are happy to offer a store credit.
Once processed, the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding our shipping costs associated with the order (Shipping and Handling $15 within Australia). Please note we cannot refund to a different card or refund via a different method or to a different person.
Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
We do not offer refunds on gift cards or any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.
We cannot refund or exchange International Orders (unless they are proven to have a manufacturing fault) as shipping is increasingly unpredictable due to covid and we are not receiving returned goods in a timely manner. Please think carefully about your purchase if you are an international customer. If you have any queries at all about sizing or fit please contact us directly before purchasing.

We do not provide refunds for items that we do not deem to be faulty ie if the product is repairable or it is not a manufacturers fault. Please contact us immediately providing photographs of the damaged items so that we may assess whether the product is faulty. We reserve the right to make judgement as to whether the item is genuinely faulty.
Items sent back to us that we do not deem to be faulty will immediately be shipped back to the customer. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of the product or failing to follow care instructions provided.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have obtained a RA number by emailing us at email@example.com and your item/s must be unused and unwashed in original condition with tags attached.
When returning an item, please use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for lost packages. We are not responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed to be faulty.
